On SD 50805.26, the Manticore was called to Negen Prime, a new member of the Federation who was under attack. Manticore was too late to catch the attacker(s), but it found evidence of Federation weapons being used in the attack. Following the warp signature, we happened on a discarded torpedo casing, registered to the NCC-31415. The Federation has no ship with this registry number. The Federation Medical ship, the USS McCoy, rendezvoused with us, carrying Admiral Windom, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Windom ordered Manticore to turn over all Negenese patients we had picked up as well as all records of our mission to Negen Prime. This was clearly a situation of the Federation as aggressors, but we were ordered to cease the investigation.
